Agile principles are the twelve guiding statements outlined in the Agile Manifesto to help guide the thinking of software development teams. Agile is a popular project management methodology used by software teams to create and deliver products quickly

The Agile Manifesto is a short document that is created by practitioners in the software industry in the year 2001, proposing a new way to approach software development. Four values and 12 principles are included in the Manifesto  to drive a more flexible and collaborative process. 

The tools is provided by project management software for agile teams to manage and track their workflow and progress. A Kanban board can be used by teams to organize project tasks and create visualizations like burndown charts to track progress toward a project or sprint.

Strive for customer satisfaction, Be flexible with changing requirements, Deliver working software frequently, Foster collaboration between business people and developers, Communicate face-to-face, Harness the energy of motivated team members, Measure progress through working software, Encourage sustainable processes, Keep it simple, Maintain attention to technical excellence and design quality, Reflect regularly, and Allow teams to self-organize are the 12 essential guidelines for working together as an effective, efficient team.
