Bengaluru-based Retail SaaS startup, Impact Analytics, recently secured $40 million in a growth financing round led by Sageview Capital, with additional support from its long-time partner Vistara Growth. Established in 2015, Impact Analytics has become one of the largest enterprise software firms to emerge from India. Specializing in integrated retail, CPG, manufacturing, and supply chain-focused enterprise AI SaaS solutions, the company offers a suite of products for planning, forecasting, merchandising, and end-to-end lifecycle pricing. This empowers leading retailers to make informed, data-driven decisions, undergo business transformations, and realize significant benefits.

Impact Analytics builds cost-competitive SaaS applications using cutting-edge technology, including artificial intelligence, highly scalable cloud computing, and customer-oriented design.
