PharmLogs is a narcotics tracking and chain of custody solution that can be used by Fire Departments and Ambulance companies to manage controlled drugs, equipment and vehicles in their operations. QR codes and smart labels to track the narcotics in your operations in a robust way by the users and administrators. API can be offered to communicate with your ePCR or Records Management System. It can be integrated with your RMS and ePCR software as full support of the application along with customized programming services can be provided. A PPE tracking and catalog system can be offered to help managers track PPE use and inventory. Detailed history of each vial can be provided from the time it enters service to its end of service as full vial tracking can be done when the drug enters your operations. Robust tools are provided to remind medics to sign the log. Alerts are send to admins about expiring drugs, broken vials and low stock. The log can be signed using a smart phone or tablet.
