Automatic USPTO status updates, global access and trademark data intake with audits for more than 175 jurisdictions, free online trademark searching for more than 100 jurisdictions, linked document storage and management, with modules for Domain Names, Copyrights, Disputes, Searches, Assignments, eCommerce, Patents and Designs, and Company Management are included in the software. Daily status updates of the TM Cloud software are automatically synced with the USPTO for all pending matters tracked in the account. A unique audit feature is included in every account. Clients will be able to create and audit their data globally. Manual data entry is not required for patent or trademark intake with TM Cloud. Critical IP data including logo images, goods and patent abstracts are easily downloaded and inserted by the software.
