UtiliSync811 is a map-based 811 ticket management system that can be used by municipalities and utilities that have their asset information saved in ArcGIS. Your locators will receive tickets in real-time, review the tickets on a map showing your utilities and clear the tickets, all from the field with UtiliSync811. Single-sign-on is supported with ArcGIS credentials. Less time is send on managing your utility locate requests and more time getting your work done. The active tickets and who they are assigned to can be viewed by everyone from the Public Works Director to the utility manager and utility marker. Excavators of the ticket resolution as well as Positive Response can be automatically notified to Colorado 811. UtiliSync receives new utility locate request tickets automatically and plots them on a map in real-time. All tickets complete for a given area can be easily viewed which will save you time. You can simply search the area of interest instead of trying to look up ticket numbers.
